At Jane, we believe in taking it easy. That’s why our return process is laid-back, but we still have a few things to keep everything smooth.
Changed your mind? No big deal. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item in sellable condition, with all original packaging, for a full refund – minus any shipping costs. Yeah, that means shipping’s on you, but hey, no pressure. Just get in touch with us through our [contact form] to get it authorized, because we can’t accept unauthorized returns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And please, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. That’s not where the magic happens!
What’s Not Returnable?
If you went for something custom-made or put in a special order, congrats! But just know, those items are not returnable. That’s the price of going custom. You get something unique, but it’s all yours – no take-backs.
Color Disclaimer
We try our best to make our product images as true-to-life as possible, but every screen is a little different. So if the color you get doesn’t match what you saw on your phone or laptop, that’s on the tech. If you want to be super sure about a product’s look, feel free to hit us up before you buy.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that your item shows up damaged or defective (and we really mean rare), let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. You can contact us via phone or email. Be sure to hold onto the packaging and shipping materials – trust us, you’re gonna need those. We’ll let you know what to do next.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? No sweat – as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If it’s already out the door, cancellation is off the table. And, as much as we’d love to accommodate, custom-made and special-order items can’t be canceled once they’re in the works. Sorry, that’s just how the custom cookie crumbles.
